A visit at the beautiful monastery at Mallorca means a trip through beautiful nature
The coast in southwest, west and northwest are without doubts the most beautiful areas at Mallorca. It is here the most famous monastery is situated that should be visited if you have time. The least you can do is to ask for forgiveness for all the crazy things you made. The closest monastery to visit is Valldemossa there Frederik Chopin and Georg Sand lived during one winter. Chopin’s old piano is still left in his room. In the north of the island the monastery “Monestir de Lluc” is situated. The place is situated straight south of Pollença, that probably is the most beautiful village at the island. Here you have very good possibilities in combining some culture with nice nature and a very good lunch in one of many good restaurants in Pollenca.
